Shipping policy

We ship to all EU countries except Cyprus and Malta, and to Norway. Orders are fulfilled from our partner warehouse in the European Union.

Processing time: Orders are prepared within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Latvia, Lithuania — 2–3 business days
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Netherlands — approx. 4 business days
Czechia, Finland, Germany, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Norway — approx. 5 business days
Bulgaria, France — approx. 6 business days
Croatia, Hungary — approx. 7 business days
Ireland, Italy, Slovenia, Spain — approx. 8 business days
Portugal, Romania — approx. 9 business days
Greece — approx. 11 business days

In total, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of your order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays or high-demand periods.

Shipping costs: Shipping is free on orders of €60 or more (to Norway: €100 or more). Below that, standard shipping costs €5.99 to Estonia and Lithuania, €6.49 to Finland and Poland, €8.49 to Latvia, €7.49 to all other EU countries we ship to, and €15.49 to Norway. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and duties: Orders within the EU have no customs fees. Norway is outside the EU, so orders shipped to Norway may be subject to import VAT, customs fees or handling charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
